During this special season, from the apple blossom to the apple harvest, we had the privilege of welcoming a true master of his craft to the s'Äpfle restaurant: Christian Klemm. With his incomparable "old school" talent and valuable experiences from many years in Asia, he continuously amazed our guests. His unique creations introduced entirely new dimensions to haute cuisine, offering unforgettable culinary experiences.
Dear Christian, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your tireless dedication, with which you infused every dish with your personal signature of passion and precision. You not only provided pleasure, but you turned it into an experience, perfectly aligned with the philosophy of our establishment.
The warm evenings on our terrace, under the starry sky, accompanied by happy guests from all over the world, will remain unforgettable. It was a great honor for all of us to be part of this success.

The quality of our ingredients is very important to us, which is why we source them from small suppliers and local producers. Here we trust in the handshake of quality and the experience of craftsmanship.
